accounting and tax practices worth over $250 Million.

SOUTHLAND BUSINESS SALES, Anaheim, Ca. 1973 to 1976. Agent
for a business broker selling liquor stores, machine shops,
restaurants and service businesses.

EDUCATION:
David Smith received his BS degree in Finance from California
State University at Long Beach. He also has an AA degree in
Real Estate from Santa Ana College and has taken undergraduate
studies at Indiana University. Mr. Smith has completed several
courses in financial planning.
David Smith has attended numerous courses and seminars including:

Mr. Smith has presented seminars on Valuation of Accounting
and Tax Practices to the Orange County Society of CPA's (MAP
committee), SFV EA's, Inland Society of Tax Preparers, San
Diego Chapter of CSCPA's, the CSEA "Super Seminars"
and many other professional groups.
Mr. Smith was also a major contributor to Valuing Small Businesses
and Professional Practices by Dr. Shannon Pratt, Dow Jones-Irwin,
Homewood, Illinois.
David Smith hails from Birmingham, Michigan and after college
and military service settled in Orange County, California.

Linda is a graduate of UC Davis with a B.A. in Economics
and International Relations. She has been an Enrolled Agent
since 1984. With a passion for learning and keeping active,
Linda also has completed a Certificate in Financial Planning,
enjoys swimming, sailing, hiking and volunteering.
Linda is active in the East Bay Association of Enrolled Agents
and is in charge of the Practice Preservation Committee.
She has been instrumental in operating Fox & Associates
tax practice for approximately 20 years preparing tax returns
for individuals and small business owners.

Linda Long joins Business Brokerage, Inc. with over 25 years
of diverse experience in providing superior customer service
through sales team support, client training, project management,
and international market development. Linda's leadership has
been significant in guiding successful implementation of telecommunications
installations for leading AT&T and Lucent Technology clients,
including Cisco Systems, Hilton Hotels, Rockwell, McDonnell
Douglas, Intel, San Diego Zoo, and many others.
Always ready to accept new challenges, since retiring from
AT&T, Linda explored new opportunities, which included
the resolution of high level contract issues in the position
of Service Manager with Concert Communications. Linda also
provided operations and administrative support for a small
non-profit organization and was a Sales and Proposal Assistant
on the bid team at G4S Justice Services, a government contractor
and supplier of electronic probation monitoring devices.
A California native, hailing originally from Santa Barbara,
Linda is a graduate of California State University Long Beach
with a B.A. in Communications and has been a Notary Public
since 2003. With a passion for learning and keeping active,
Linda also has completed a course in Real Estate Appraisal,
enjoys craft and cooking classes, volunteering with hammers
and paint for Habitat for Humanity, genealogy research, knitting,
daily power walks with her goofy bearded collie, and especially,
spending time with friends and family.
